In my journey, I immersed myself in financial knowledge during my teenage years, avidly reading The Financial Times daily. Following a brief period in the Serbian army, I pursued my studies in Paris and earned a BA degree with a specialization in finance. Upon returning to a recovering Serbia, I secured my initial role in a brokerage house, despite the challenges posed by the nearly inactive stock exchange.
With the local economy on the mend, I joined the newly established branch of Credit Agricole, eventually assuming the role of Senior Treasury Manager, overseeing the Forex trading desk. Subsequently, I founded my firm dedicated to providing currency and hedging solutions to major corporate clients.
My early trading experiences may resonate with many. Although exhilarating, initial trading successes often remained modest due to common pitfalls like overtrading, inadequate sizing, and subpar risk management practices. Determined to establish a reliable approach, I delved into Elliott Wave theory, refining my skills through collaboration with esteemed experts in the field.
Before joining The Macro Report, I was Senior Stock and Crypto Market Analyst at a prominent US-based research company. Throughout my tenure there, I conducted numerous seminars on Elliott Wave theory, cementing my reputation as one of the foremost practitioners of this methodology worldwide.
